Yes! Every piece is created specifically around your pet, their personality, photos, stories, and the person receiving the artwork. Careers, hobbies, funny habits, favorite things, and inside jokes can all become inspiration for your custom concept.

That’s part of the fun—you don’t have to! You tell me about your pet and their person, and I use those details to develop the creative concept for you.

Yes. You’ll receive a watermarked digital proof to confirm that names, spelling, and personalized details are correct before printing. Because each piece is an original custom design created from the information you provide, design revisions are not included.

After your questionnaire is reviewed, you’ll receive your order details and pricing. Payment is required before custom design work begins.

Because every piece is custom-created specifically for you, payment is non-refundable once custom design work has begun. If your finished piece arrives damaged or has a production defect, please contact FOUNDationYOU® UNLEASHED so it can be addressed.

Turnaround time includes custom design, proofing, professional printing, and shipping. Your estimated timeframe will be confirmed when your order is placed.
